Things to Know
Handwritten Work:
Handwritten work, unlike computer-generated fonts, has natural variation in letter forms. This is where the beauty comes from! Please keep in mind my hand will not make each letter exactly the same every single time. These variations make every piece of writing a unique work of art.
Artistic Style:
It is a great privilege and honor to be a part of your special events and I want you to be thrilled! Please review my work to ensure you like my artistic style and trust my creative abilities. You can be assured I will create your project to the same quality as the samples on my website.
Text Submission:
Text provided will be written as is. Please double check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, number, etc. Name/Address list must be in a Word or Excel document. All text and lists must be submitted within 3 days of confirmation. For $75 fee, we are happy to assist you with the list preparation and etiquette review. For commissioned work, once started – I am unable to make changes.
Additional Blanks:
Client are responsible for providing materials, unless otherwise agreed. Due to nature of hand written work and inevitable errors, please provide a minimum 10 extra blanks or 20% (whichever is more)
Corrections:
Upon delivery, please review your order for any possible errors. Email complete listed within 3 days of delivery. Corrections do not include changes from the original text submitted.
Photography:
Emailed photos or professional photos of my work are always greatly appreciated. Feel free to share photos on social media. Please credit “Calligraphy by Aries Manoff” and/or tag @manoffcalligraphy on Instagram.

Licensing:
I am the sole owner of all artistic rights that are provided by Manoff Calligraphy. Comissioned art is for personal use only. Commercial agreements are available.
Refunds and Returns
Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and often personalized, we do not offer refunds or returns. If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me at info@manoffcalligraphy.com to resolve the issue within 72 hours of receiving your order. I want you to love my work and be happy with the products you receive.
